
Ingredients
- 2 dozen Labriola Pretzel Bites® (thawed)
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (not extra virgin)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1-2 Tablespoons Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper (as needed)
- 3-4 tablespoons white truffle oil
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 360° F.
- Combine parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in mixing bowl
- Add pretzels to bowl and toss to cover completely
- Spread pretzels out on parchment lined baking pan and bake 6-8 minutes
- Let pretzels cool slightly then toss in mixing bowl with truffle oil and serve
- Plate and serve
