These White Truffle Parmesan Soft Pretzel Bites® are so good, it’s impossible to just have one!



  • 2 dozen Labriola Pretzel Bites® (thawed)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (not extra virgin)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper (as needed)
  • 3-4 tablespoons white truffle oil



  • Preheat oven to 360° F.
  • Combine parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in mixing bowl
  • Add pretzels to bowl and toss to cover completely
  • Spread pretzels out on parchment lined baking pan and bake 6-8 minutes
  • Let pretzels cool slightly then toss in mixing bowl with truffle oil and serve
  • Plate and serve
